Website design for Monroe, NC businesses

Hand-coded, quick on a phone, written around what your customers actually search for, and owned by you from day one.

A Monroe customer usually meets your business on a phone, in a hurry, with two or three competitors one tap away. The site's job is to answer the question they came with and make calling you the easy next move.

What every build includes

  • Hand-written code. No page builder and no bought theme, so there is little to slow the site down.
  • A tap-to-call number and a quote form on every page, placed where thumbs land.
  • One page per main service on the bigger builds, so each thing you do can be found on its own.
  • Search basics wired in: titles, descriptions, a sitemap, structured data and Google Search Console, all set before launch.
  • Your reviews and photos near the spots where people decide.

Built for how people look for you here

Monroe is the county seat, so a lot of Union County ends up doing business here: at the courthouse, at the government offices, at the shops downtown and along the US 74 corridor. Someone searching from Wingate or from the far side of the county types the service first and the town second. Pages get organized around that pattern, one clear topic apiece, with the town and nearby areas you truly serve named plainly instead of stuffed in.

If a large share of your customers prefer Spanish, pages built from translated copy can sit beside the English ones. It's a common request in a city where the 2020 census found 31.7% of residents were Hispanic or Latino.

Sizes of build

Every project lands in one of three sizes. A starter build is five pages or fewer and can be live in about a week. A growth build runs eight to twelve pages over roughly two weeks. A custom build covers twelve to fifteen pages or more and takes about three. The pricing and quotes page explains what moves a project from one size to the next, and there's a quick sizer to try.

Yours to keep

The domain, the copy, the photos and the files belong to you. Keep it on our hosting and care plan or take it elsewhere. Nothing is locked.

Where to see the work

Three finished projects, from a Mount Gilead dog breeder to a nationwide compliance resource, are on the recent websites page. And if search is the bigger worry, the local SEO page covers that side.

Website design questions

Do you use WordPress or a site builder?

No. Each site is written by hand in plain HTML and CSS. There's no admin login to guard and nothing to go stale in the background, which is a big part of why the pages load quickly.

Can I change the text myself?

You can, but most owners would rather not. Under a care plan you text or email the change and it gets done. Bigger additions are quoted before any work starts.

Do I need to write the content?

Not from scratch. Roger drafts the pages from a conversation with you and your notes, then you correct anything that isn't how you'd say it.
