Who actually builds the site?
Roger Johnson, personally. It's a one-person shop, so nothing gets passed along to someone you haven't met.
How much does a website cost?
Each project gets a fixed written quote based on page count, features, content and deadline. The pricing page explains how that works.
How is payment split?
Half when you approve the quote, half when the finished site is delivered for your review.
How long until my site is live?
About a week for a small site, two to three weeks for larger ones, once content is settled.
Do you only work with Monroe businesses?
No. Monroe and the rest of Union County are the focus here, but the shop works with businesses anywhere in the region and beyond.
Will my site work on phones?
Yes. Every page is designed for a phone screen first and then scaled up for larger screens.
Can you add Spanish-language pages?
Yes, from translated copy. They sit beside the English pages and are linked so visitors can switch.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody controls Google's results. What you get is honest work on the things that influence them, described in the local SEO page.
Will you manage my Google listing for me?
You stay in charge of it. We give you a playbook and work through it with you, but we never take manager access.
What if I want to leave later?
