You won't find a rate card on this site, and that's deliberate. Each job is priced on its own terms, set down on paper and agreed before Roger writes a line of code.
Four things move the number
- How many pages. Every extra page means more copy to draft, lay out and proof on real phones.
- What the pages have to do. Galleries, menus, booking links, Spanish versions, several forms.
- Who supplies the words and pictures. Ready-made material goes faster than copy written from interviews.
- When it has to open. A grand-opening date or the start of your busy season can reshape the calendar.

Pick what sounds like your project. It won't give you a number, but it will tell you which of the three build sizes you're likely looking at.
Three build sizes
Starter
Up to five pages, about a week to launch. Good for a business most customers already know by name.
Growth
Eight to twelve pages, about two weeks. Each core service gets a page, which gives each one a chance in search.
Custom
Twelve to fifteen pages or more, about three weeks, with a page plan drawn from keyword research.
Monthly care plans
Once a site is live it rides on a monthly hosting and care plan matched to its size: starter, growth or custom. Your written quote names which one applies.
How payment works
The build fee is split down the middle. You pay 50% on signing off the quote, and the remaining 50% once the completed site lands in front of you to review. Local SEO sits outside that and gets priced only after Roger has studied your market for free.
Pricing questions
Why no prices on the site?
A bakery's five pages and a law office's five pages rarely take the same effort. A number worked out for your project beats a sticker price that may not fit.
When do I pay?
In two equal parts: one when you say yes to the quote, one when the completed site is handed over for your review.
What if I need more later?
Additions like a new page are quoted in writing before the work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.
